I was commissioned to draw Tom Holland as spider-man~! My client wanted him to be shooting a web with one hand and holding his mask with the other. A city landscape was requested as well~!

Drawing Tom Holland (and drawing him smiling) was, perhaps, one of the hardest things to draw in this piece~. 😭

The dragenani got a redesign again because some of their anatomy didn’t make sense and just didn’t visually work— So now they have anatomy closer to a lizard which makes better sense~ There was just something with their tail and legs that hadn’t been working well in the previous designs—
I’m currently working on drawing out full body designs for some of my characters but I thought I’d post these busts for now~! These three characters are the royal family of the dragenani planet, Draginis. Meko is the biggest picture; the dragenani with golden eyes and red skin. Meko is the princess of Draginis. The white dragenani with golden eyes is Asemina, the Queen. And the last dragenani is Aharon and he is the King.
There aren’t a lot of differences between male and female dragenani. It mostly has to do with their size, eyes, face shape, and horns. You can see from these busts, that Meko and Asemina have round pupils while Aharon has slits. Aharon also has a bigger display of horns as male dragenani tend to have more than one set of horns. Females usually have the one as you can see with Asemina and Meko. Meko’s horns are only one set but split off into two seperate branches towards the base. Also with Aharon, you can see that his face forms into a point on either side. This is the last difference between the male and females since females have smoother face shapes while males will have points. Besides these little differences, males and females have relatively similar body types. You guys will see this later on when I post full body references~ owo

Just a quick appreciation post of my friend who I think deserves more recognition for her designs and fantastical imagination~! I recommend following her if you enjoy fantasy, extraterrestrials, nature, and animals. She’s extremely sweet, but very insecure when it comes to posting her art~. 💖 She’s working really hard to create multiple extraterrestrial species, as well as their environments~! ✨ Please show her some love~ 💓

I should’ve been more specific in terms of what I’m looking for, so I apologize~! 😭💖

I’m trying to make him as pretty as possible, so it’s even more surprising when he opens up to reveal the black, gruesome nanofiber inside. So, what makes him appear softer/prettier~? He’s supposed to be hypnotically beautiful on the outside; so much so, people wouldn’t turn down the opportunity to watch him or touch him. His outward appearance is supposed to draw you in, in other words. Do striking, black camera eyes work better in that sense or do serene, white camera eyes~?

I’m thinking there could be a way to use both. Perhaps he has the white eyes normally, but when he’s about ready to open up, his eyes roll back, inducing some kind of mechanical shift to black~?

I hope this clarification helps~! 💓

He doesn’t necessarily need to eat or sleep. He can, however, shut his eyes and rest. Though he won’t really ‘sleep’, he can enjoy a state of ease and relaxation~.

Alright, time to dabble back into horror. After a month or so of not being on Tumblr, I had a lot of time really think about what I hope to achieve with The Luden. I want him to be hypnotically beautiful on the outside. I want to make it so, when you look at him, you don’t expect what lies inside. It makes it even more surprising when his face opens up and reveals the cartilage strings and bone. Imagining him in a clean white space now is almost heavenly. His body is beautiful, and I tried to make his face even more so. He looks fake, too perfect, and I want to continue to push that theme~.

When I first made him back in 2017, I wanted him to have camera-like eyes. I couldn’t get it right at the time, so I abandoned the idea. However, I’ve tried again while working on this reference, and honestly, I’m really happy with how they look. Just imagining it contracting and dilating is pretty interesting. I began looking into the mechanics of a camera and hope to transfer that to a spherical eye~.

We’re also back to black nanofiber muscle~! I’m very indecisive when it comes to Luden’s design in general (because I want it to be perfect), especially with the coloring of his insides. With the black, I thought I could work with that glossy texture more, rather than the matte white~.

Anyways, I hope you guys enjoy this reference. I’ll be posting even more soon. It was more so I could get an understanding of the angles of his face, as well as that glossy smooth texture~.

Would a tiny, determined dragon be able to manage diving below to give the lovely Lucius a hug, or is he too tall to hug?

If this tiny, determined dragon can handle high pressures, since Lucius lives at the bottom of the ocean, of course~! 💖 He may be tall, but that wouldn’t stop him from giving hugs~ 😂

No worries, love~! His story is in pieces on this Tumblr, so it’s hard to get when you haven’t been here since the beginning~.

Luden’s mother did, indeed, pass away while she was bearing him. She didn’t even get to give birth to him. Scientifically, because he’s a Homo Luden, he should be born from the womb of a Homo Luden female. A Homo Luden is quite a ways bigger than a Homo Sapien, so his mother’s womb couldn’t bear the fetus. Ultimately, she was destroyed from the inside out. The nutrients and water in her body were sucked dry~.

And he does have a significant other currently~! Not in his canon story though, it’s only for role playing purposes~.

I hope that clarifies some things~! 🙏

I actually have that recorded~! Lucius’s torso is around four feet, while his tail is an astonishing twenty feet in comparison. All together, he’s around twenty-four feet long. He’s based off of an eel that grows to be about twenty feet, so~… He’s a long boy~. 😂💖

I saw one of your drawings had luden w/ a slit down his skull, does that open too? Is it a multilayered skull and the top layer opens up? Does luden tongue split, nd like, that way the tongue could serve as impromptu mandibles as well? someone were to explain emotions to luden then would he be able to understand+ apply the knowledge to his own feelings? Are his bones denser or lighter than a humans? What's his healing factor? Can he regenerate limbs? Whats his equivalent of a jugular?

Indeed, his skull can split open, revealing a second, thinner layer of nanofiber muscle underneath. Unlike us, he has two layers of muscle. One protects his skeletal system while the second protects his organs~.

His tongue can, indeed, split. However, he doesn’t do it very often. Instead, he utilizes the fact his arms can split into two far more~.

From mere explanation, he can’t exactly understand, since he never felt those emotions to begin with. For example, he has never felt fear. If someone were to try and explain how they felt in a moment of fear, it’d sound foreign to him. He’s never felt that way before, so he certainly can’t identify that emotion~.

His bones are denser than ours~! His muscle is as well~.

His healing factor is known as nano-repair, which is apparently instantaneous and extremely effective. He can, indeed, regenerate a limb if necessary~.

I can really only say his jugular is made of a soft, plastic-like material. It’s rifled inside, causing his blood to spiral and corkscrew through his veins and arteries. However, it’s not nearly as important to him as ours is to us. His brain doesn’t run off of his blood, so it essentially serves no purpose but to simply make him emulate the human physique~.
